Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Selected health and personal care products

To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl disc that has been opened.
* Any item which is not in its original state, which is damaged or which presents certain missing parts for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund application.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within a number of days.

Late or missing reimbursements (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact the issuing entity of your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
So having performed all these stages, you still did not receive your refund, please please contact us in info@be-lorette.com.

Discarded items (if any)
Only items at current prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, discounted items are not refundable.

Trade (if any)
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to info@be-lorette.com and send us your article to: 2 Avenue winston churchill, Batiment A, Neuilly-sur-marne, J, 93330, France.

Presents
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and it was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift donor preferred to receive the item first to offer it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift donor and they will know that you have returned the item.

Expedition
To return a product, you must mail it to: 2 Avenue winston churchill, Batiment A, Neuilly-sur-marne, J, 93330, France.

It will be your responsibility to pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not reimbursable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your traded product may vary.

If you ship an item worth more than €75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or subscribe to delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
