We continue to process orders placed in accordance with our original deadlines, which is 3 to 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, the processing time may vary depending on the quantity of orders and the number of staff who may be present.
The delivery time, how long to count?
The carriers' network is heavily impacted. Our carrier is currently operating at a slow pace leading to a delay in the distribution of packages. We therefore advise you not to rely on the normal delivery time of 4 to 6 working days.
